Do you accept returns?
We accept returns no questions asked up to 30 days after the purchase date on your receipt for a full refund. After those 30 days, you may make a warranty claim if there is a defect with your product and your product is covered by a manufacturer warranty.

What is your return policy on mattresses and adjustable bed frames?
When initiating a return for a Linenspa™ mattress or adjustable base, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind to ensure a smooth process. Firstly, you must request a return within 30 days of delivery. If after this period you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you will be unable to initiate a return. It is important to note that to receive a full refund, you must keep the receipt and warranty documentation for the mattress purchase.
If your mattress or adjustable arrives damaged, it is important to contact Linenspa™ within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence of the damage. As a Certified B Corporation®, Linenspa™ is dedicated to sustainable practices and philanthropy, and requests that returned mattresses and adjustable bases be donated to a 501(c)(3) charity. Once proof of donation has been submitted via email, the refund will be processed promptly.

What is your return policy on all other products?
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Linenspa™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. Once the item has been received into our warehouses, the refund will be processed promptly.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
This largely depends on how you paid. If you paid with credit card you should see funds back in your account within 3-5 buissiness days. If you paid using PayPal you should be able to see the status of the refund in your PayPal account once it has been issued.

Do you accept returns if it has been longer than 30 days?
No, we do not accept returns if it's not within the 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt. You may contact the us if you'd like to make a warranty claim.
