Return Policy

Please note that the following return policies are only applicable for products purchased directly from linenspa.com. If you made your purchase through Amazon or any other third-party platform, please initiate the return process directly with that platform according to their respective return policies.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date on your receipt for a full refund. After those 30 days, you may make a warranty claim if there is a defect with your product and your product is covered by a manufacturer warranty.

What is your return policy on mattresses and adjustable bed frames? 

All mattress and adjustable bed frame returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To return an online purchase or if the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you may initiate a return here.

What is your return policy on all other products?

Returns for all other products must also be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To return an online purchase or if the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you may initiate a return here.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

This largely depends on how you paid. If you paid with credit card you should see funds back in your account within 3-5 buissiness days. If you paid using PayPal you should be able to see the status of the refund in your PayPal account once it has been issued.

Do you accept returns if it has been longer than 30 days?

No, we do not accept returns if it's not within the 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt. You may contact the us if you'd like to make a warranty claim.
