  • We recommend using a mattress that is between 8-14 inches thick and is approved to be used on adjustable bases by the manufacturer. If it was shipped compressed in a box, then it is compatible with an adjustable base.

  • Yes, our bases should fit in any standard size bed set. Please remove any slats / support legs / metal frame within the bed set, and gently place the adjustable base in the bed set. You can place the adjustable base in the desired position and build your bed set around it.

  • The warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship. The following exceptions will void the warranty: excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper care, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, damage resulting from transit or handling, or commercial use.
