  • What does the warranty cover?

    The warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper maintenance, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling.

Mattresses

  • What size mattress do I need?  

    The best size mattress for each person depends on a variety of factors—room size, who will be sleeping in the bed, etc. A Split King is very popular as both you and your partner can control your own side of the bed when paired with an adjustable base.

  • How long will my mattress last?

    Mattresses typically last between 7-10 years, however there are many variables that influence the longevity of your mattress. We recommend using a mattress protector to help extend the life of your mattress.

  • Do I need a box spring for my mattress? 

    No. All Linenspa mattresses are made to work with any flat foundation without the need for a box spring. Simply place your base directly on an adjustable base, flat frame, or upholstered platform base.

  • Will my mattress come in a box? 

    Yes. All Linenspa mattresses are compressed and rolled in a box, making them easy to transport to your bedroom upon delivery. Setup is easy—all you need to do is open your mattress and let it decompress for 24 to 72 hours before sleeping on it.

  • How long does it take to adjust to my new mattress?

    Adapting to a new mattress can require a brief adjustment period for some sleepers. While the adjustment period is different for everyone, it could take up to 3 weeks to adjust to your new mattress.

  • Do I need a mattress protector?

    Yes. We recommend using a mattress protector to protect your investment from spills, stains, and dust mites.

  • What type of frame can this be used on?

    All Linenspa mattresses are made to work with any flat foundation without the need for a box spring. Simply place your base directly on an adjustable base, flat frame, or upholstered platform base.

Bed Frames

  • Do I need a box spring for my bed frame?  

    No. You should not use a box spring. Your mattress can lay directly on top of your frame.

  • What type of mattress can be used on the bed frames?

    We recommend using a mattress that is between 8-14 inches thick. If it was shipped compressed in a box, then it is compatible with our bed frames.

  • Why should I get an adjustable bed, and can it really help me sleep better?

    Sleeping with an increased head angle helps reduce sleep apnea, acid reflux, snoring, alleviate pain in joints, ligaments and back, and can even help improve blood circulation during pregnancy.

  • Can I put an adjustable base inside my current bed set?

    Yes, our bases should fit in any standard size bed set. Please remove any slats / support legs / metal frame within the bed set, and gently place the adjustable base in the bed set. You can place the adjustable base in the desired position and build your bed set around it.

Toppers

  • Do I put my mattress topper underneath my mattress protector? 

    We recommend putting your mattress protector on top of your mattress topper to keep it clean and fresh.

  • What are the benefits of a memory foam topper?

    Memory foam offers contouring support with a plush feel loved by all sleep types. Our 2 Inch Gel Memory Foam Topper is a great way to easily refresh your existing mattress.

  • What is the difference between the 2-inch, 3-inch, and 4-inch topper?

    Mattress toppers are designed to be used to soften the feel of a firm mattress and the thicker the topper, the more plush it will make your mattress feel.

  • What mattress topper works for cooling?

    All of our mattress toppers are infused with thousands of tiny gel beads to help capture and dissipate heat.

Mattress Protectors

  • Do mattress protectors really work?

    Yes! Linenspa mattress protectors provide protection against liquids, spills, sweat stains, accidents, dust mites, and allergens.

  • Do I need a mattress protector? 

    Yes. We recommend using a mattress protector to protect your investment from spills, stains, and dust mites. If you purchase a Linenspa mattress, the warranty on your mattress will be voided if you do not use a mattress protector.

  • Does using a mattress protector protect my mattress warranty?

    Yes. Stains on a mattress will void the warranty, but when the mattress and protector are purchased together on the same receipt, the mattress will have a warranty against stains for 10 years.

  • Do mattress protectors make you sleep hot?

    Some fabrics can retain heat, but all Linenspa protectors are made with breathable fabrics, so it provides the protection you need without compromising comfort.

  • Is a mattress protector easy to care for?

    Yes. Our mattress protectors are easy to clean and maintain. All Linenspa protectors are machine washable and dryer safe. Follow care instructions to optimize the care for your protector.

Pillows

  • How do I choose the pillow right for me?

    The best pillow for you is one that properly aligns your spine. Typically, side sleepers benefit from firmer pillows, stomach sleepers from softer pillows, back sleepers from medium-firm pillows, and universal sleepers from soft, versatile pillows.

  • What does pillow loft mean?

    Pillow loft refers to pillow thickness. Loft plays a vital role in aligning your neck and spine. Low loft pillows are typically around 4 inches or less, mid-loft is 5-6 inches, and a high loft is anything higher than 6 inches. Generally speaking, stomach sleepers benefit from a lower loft, side sleepers benefit from mid-high, and back sleepers can benefit from any of the three.

  • What is the difference between shredded memory foam and solid memory foam?

    Shredded memory foam is classic, gel infused memory foam that's been shredded into smaller pieces to be more moldable and breathable. Solid memory foam is one solid piece, and does not shift or move.

  • How long does a good pillow last?

    A good pillow maintains its best quality for about 2-3 years. After that, we recommend replacing your pillow to ensure your pillows are supportive, comfortable, and free of allergens.

  • Do I need a pillow protector?

    We recommend using a pillow protector to protect your pillow from sweat, stains, spills, and allergens.

Comforters & Sheets

  • What is included in a sheet set?

    All Linenspa sheet sets include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a pillowcase set. You will receive one or two pillowcases depending what size you are selecting—Twin and Twin XL sets come with one, while all other sizes include two.

  • What size bed sheets do I need?

    Your sheets should match whatever size mattress you have or are purchasing. If you're wondering what size bed is right for you, that depends on preference and if you're planning to share your bed. Queen and King sizes are the most popular for those with two people in a bed.

  • Are Linenspa sheets safe to use?

    All Linenspa sheets are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they've been tested for harmful substances to protect your health.  Products that carry the Standard 100 label have been tested and proven free of harmful levels of toxic substances.

  • How does thread count work?

    Thread count simply means how many threads are woven into a square inch of fabric. It can be a good indicator of quality, but don't just rely on it to pick a new set! Look at the feel, fit, and finishes of the fabric to decide which sheets will suit your sleep style.

  • Can comforters be used alone or as duvet inserts?

    These can be used as both! With eight secure loops, your duvet will stay in place. However, the crisp white cover looks great on its own—and is stain resistant.

  • What is Down Alternative?

    Down alternative is a synthetic form of down with a similar feel and fewer allergens. Our down alternative is made from polyester, which means it's hypoallergenic and easy to clean, all while feeling like down!

  • What are the benefits of down alternative versus traditional down?

  • How do I clean comforters?

    Machine wash our comforters according to care instructions, which are included when you receive your comforter!
